BACKGROUND:
This Telecentre is located in the Eastern Province of Rwanda and it offers Ict and none-ict services to the society in Bugesera District. This Telecentre has emerged out of a village area and it has acted as a channel through which services reach the society around.
From the Historical perspective this area is one of the highly affected areas of Rwanda during the horrible genocide catastrophe which hit Rwanda during 1994 and one of the drivers for development is Nyamata Teleservice Centre.
SERVICES OFFERED:
The Telecentre offers a wide range of services to the society and the include the following:
v Secretarial services
v Computer trainings maintenance
v Internet services
v Computer Trainings
v Teleconferencing Hall
v Standard bar and Restaurant
v Sale of Electricity on behalf of the National Electricity Company
v Sale of Airtime cards to public phone retailers on behalf of the communications Companies.
